Rodney Sapini, Founder and President
Rodney Sapini, founder and president of The Sapini Group, is a strategic business alliance planner and balance coach. Through perception, wisdom, and connections, he observed that once corporations have utilized valuable talents of employees, companies were able to identify opportunities that gain sustainable competitive business objectives. Likewise, he learned that people who discover and understand who they are, including what sets them apart from others, and what they want, are able to achieve success. His mission is to bring individual talents together towards a goal to create unprecedented opportunities and make a difference in all areas of life.

Rodney has a total of 14 years experience as a project manager, logistic manager, and technology planner. During that time, he has mentored and coached a variety of people ranging from students, women in transition, IT professionals, sales personnel and executives. Coaching is something comes naturally to him. He has helped guide his clients to self-acceptance and then challenged them to overcome the obstacles that block them from living their fullest, most creative life, rich in diversity. To his close friends, he is known as the logistic manager, a reputation he earned for creating solutions to everyday conundrums.

Rodney is a great listener who has the intuition to understand people at an emotional level, creating a caring connection. Through mutual cooperation and respect, open communication takes place – which is the cornerstone of real change.

Rodney founded Sapini Coaching in 2005 to educate people on the benefits of a balanced personal and professional life. He believes that once people have gained control over all aspects of their life and realized their life purpose, they can use their unique talents to make a difference in society. He believes everyone has the ability to do this. Furthermore, he has built relationships into partnerships to help the individual and the organization use their strength for efficiency and growth.

In 2007, Rodney Sapini partnered with specialized coaches, and business-process experts to form The Sapini Group LLC with the vision to change and elevate the way we do business in the world. The newly formed The Sapini Group LLC trains mid-to-high level management to develop creative intrapreneurial initiatives with employees and learning organizations. These partnerships address today's challenging corporate realities and give businesses a sustainable competitive advantage. Naturally, both the individual AND the organization benefit by such a comprehensive approach.

Lynn M. Scheurell, Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategy

Lynn M. Scheurell, Creative Catalyst, works with decision makers, executives and business owners who want to define and experience success by their own definition.

Capitalizing on nearly 20 years of corporate management experience and intrapreneurial / entrepreneurial ventures, as well as intense personal development (including innovation and systems thinking, high sensitivity cultivation, coaching techniques and technology training), Lynn brings all of who she is and what she does to support intentional change with and for her clients. As a practical visionary, idea generator and trainer, she helps people understand where they are in relationship to their ideal in order to make it happen more quickly and easily.

Her corporate experience in a variety of environments includes: team development, management training, resource development, sales presentations, a broad range of marketing, strategic planning, goal setting, motivation, diversity sensitivity, executive coaching, and working through the implementation of a merger between two national and well-established family service organizations.

Recognizing that we are responsible for what we know and what we create in our lives, Lynn works with her clients to discover and live success by their own definition. Accordingly, clients are able to work through potential obstacles and design their lives, both personally and professionally, to enjoy an enhanced quality of life through sincere contribution.

Marianne Weidlein, Junior Officer Cultivation Specialist
Marianne is a facilitator, teacher, mentor and author, with expertise in leadership, peak performance, and self-employment. She brings 40 years of experience in business, and human potential development to help people achieve peak performance and success on all levels.

She holds a BSBA degree; yet her most relevant education and training comes from her life experience and work. Without therapy or personal growth programs, she learned to reflect honestly within for the cause of her difficulty. In the process, she gained an ardent reverence for integrity, an ability to remove self-limiting patterns, and the capability to navigate through the unexpected challenges of life.

Since 1985, she has written several books and, with a unique repertoire of techniques and curricula, she has facilitated innumerable individual, partner and group programs of widely varying sizes, lengths, formats and topics. She discovered that in groups people gain heightened self-awareness and knowledge, but lack the ability to sustain it in their day-to-day activities. Making lasting change requires regular facilitation and support. For this reason, in 1995, she began providing individual telephone support.

Initially, she helped clients remove self-limiting patterns while they developed or revamped their businesses. As she discovered what causes people to succeed and fail, she incorporated peak performance facilitation, and later, leadership guidance. She now assists people who are dedicated to developing their highest potential and are willing to root out all self-limitation.

Her books include:
Empowering Vision For Dreamers, Visionaries & Other Entrepreneurs (1991)
The Passage to Freedom - manuscript based on her mentoring program

In 1991, she was a Colorado Entrepreneur of the Year Nominee.
